Getting Started with the Inspection

Inspections will include a visual assessment of the entire dwelling to determine if there is an air quality issue. Moisture and humidity levels will be checked, and a thermal-imaging camera will be used as needed to inspect the walls, floors, and ceilings, for possible air leaks and moisture problems that most commonly lead to mold. Heating and air conditioning systems will be inspected for microbial growth in the duct work and air handlers.

Testing For the Solution

Air and bulk samples will be taken as needed, and lab reports will be provided from an AIHA accredited independent laboratory.

Removal and Treatments

A detailed scope of work will be provided based on the inspection and lab results. The required action may be our surface sanitizing and prevention process using EPA Registered products and equipment to remove mold growth that has been found on walls, floors, furniture etc. In cases that the building materials have been compromised and there is moisture damage then we will provide a scope that will remove damaged materials and provide the services to perform the remediation required to eliminate the mold issues and then apply our EPA Registered products for prevention. All the work is performed in confidence and proper protocol will be followed.
